Show Jumping

Locally show jumping is also governed by the Malta Equestrian Federation and up till now is not practiced at The Malta Equidrome but this will change once the equestrian arena is finished.

In this sport, horse and rider must clear a course of 8 to 16 jumps in a pre determined order within a time limit. The rider with the fastest time and least faults is the winner. Riders are also obliged to follow a dress code.
